I have been seriously engaged in marketing, graphics, web, print and motion design for over 20 years. I enjoy creating clean, modern identities of any nature for all identities. I’m constantly striving to improve my abilities in all aspects of design. A few applications I excel at are: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, HTML/CSS, WordPress, Shopify, Mailchimp, Marketing and SEO.
Before finding the love of design I was a professional snowboarder that had the luxury to compete and perform shows around the world. Some of my most memorial experiences involved seeing Japan, Korea and the snowy parts of the United States. I was lucky to be sponsored by Budweiser, Morrow Snowboards, Spy glasses to name a few that helped support me on these adventures. Other hobbies I enjoy are rock climbing, skateboarding, pool, movies and watching football.

Most of my duties consisted of designing local commercials displayed in grocery stores. Other duties however included graphic and print design for brochures, flyers, business cards, presentation folders, and more. I also built websites for some local and nationwide companies. Some clients I worked for were Verizon, Comcast, Remax, Century 21, Wells Fargo and even the NHL Hockey team Colorado Avalanche.

Vertical Partners West had multiple companies under them called Venom Power, Atomik RC, Bias Batteries and Electro Volt Industrial Batteries. We were a Radio Control Car, Truck, Drone, Helicopter, Airplane and Battery/Charger company. My duties were very diverse including but not limited to: packaging design, marketing emails, web design, 3D modeling, animations, trade show designs, online and print advertising, magazine advertising, line drawings, manuals and much more.

I started JDL Designs after I was laid off from Digital Art Studios in 2009. A few months later I was hired back, but have maintained my freelance company for some side work. Most of my work includes graphic design, web design, email marketing and product packaging.
